Hello I'm Vargus, I'm head admin of these nerf events, and will be admin of Chester Urban Gaming when that website is running. As head admin I make a lot of decisions on events rules and locations. I am also a commodore in Project VanGuard, but I am limited in how I can uses my knowledge as head admin to help them, this is to insure fair play.
