Greetings!
I'm the leader of Project VanGuard. I'm also a mod here on the forum. If any of you are wondering why "Noll" it's because it's an abreviation of Oliver. And it sounds better than any Oliver Wilderspin-Jones arrangement.
Besides, First Comanders get to make up their own names. So do Commodores, with their Comanders permission. Everyone else: you get what you're given!
